Last month, Tabatha Coffey of Tabatha Takes Over visited Jungle Red Salon & Spa to give  some tough love to owner Suzanne Erickson, who was struggling so hard to make ends meet that she was actually living at her business. Tomorrow night, the show will return to Minneapolis to revamp H Design, a salon with vastly different issues, but still in dire need of a reboot.

Business owner Brian Honn may not have the best experience and knowledge on how to run a salon. The stockbroker has already faced one walk-out from frustrated employees who are unhappy with their jobs. As the stylists plan yet another strike, one which could shutter the salon for good, Tabatha takes a week to give Honn -- who is stubborn in his ways and believes that he hasn't done anything wrong -- a much-needed reality check. H Design has been housed near the corner of 31st Street and Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis for the past couple years.

You can see how it all sorts out this Tuesday, February 28 at 9 p.m. For more info, visit Bravo's official website. Or, come celebrate with the salon at Stella's Fish Cafe. The party, which starts at 7 p.m., will feature a fashion show by Project Runway designer Christopher Straub, a possible Skype session with Tabatha, and a screening of the show.

I have watched Tabitha's show for quite some time and honestly have never seen a worse business owner than Brian Honn of H Design. The man seems to lack any emotion or business sense at all. His arrogance is amazing.  To say that all employees must go on probation because ONE poor employee needs one? What business owner says that?  To say his MANAGERS are not stepping up? This man is horrid. I would love ANOTHER follow up down the road. I am certain Honn would have sold the salon or it will be shut down with him hundreds of thousands in debt. A fate well deserved.  Would love to see what kind of stock broker he is. I certainly would never use him.  The fact that Tabitha did not strike him on camera was amazing.

Brian Honn is stealing from the business, why else can he just abuse the business and it's staff?  He seems pretty shady.  I'd say run as fast as you can away from that place.  He'll drag you down with him and make you feel like crap in the process!!!

Oh my goodness! Honn is so clueless. As another poster said, he needs to see and get out before there is no value left. The fact that the salon was given a facelift by Tabitha may be his only saving grace. Never have I seen an owner so inept and so totally unplugged. He obviously is a person who thinks he knows and is right about everything, but he truly has no idea. I lol'd when he tried to charge the stylists who left for the gifts Tabitha gave them. That pretty much summed up the personality of Mr. Honn

I live in Minneapolis and went to H Design. It was one of the worst experiences me and my daughter have ever had. They were so unorganized and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Not surprised they were being featured on Tabatha.

Pretty amazing to have just seen the show.  Honn appears to be quite clueless and should sell and get out of this business.  What arrogance to think he can "own" a hair salon and not have a clue about the business.  What's even more amazing - his father is bankrolling this fiasco.  Blind leading the blind.

Too bad she wasn't around for Mpls. salon: Olive when it was on Nicollet Ave.  I always felt that place (Olive) had real style from what I could see through their large windows.  A short-lived buisness but memorable nonetheless.

Honn as an employer.... His ethics are "Unbelieveable" to say the least.

Since Brian is not paying rent, and not buying product, then where is the money going?  What's it being spend on?  How much does he pay himself?  Does he gamble?  Internet porn?  What??  Something is *off* about this whole situation, beyond him being clueless and incapable of learning.

I was appalled at the owner's lack of real investment in the salon. No clue to anything about the salon and pure lack of humane ways of treating people as they deserve to be treated. He was so full of BS that it truly did feel lIke there was more to the story on why his business is falling apart
