Zombie Pub Crawl 2012 announces dates, zombie island

It's one of the most well-attended, chaotic, and bloody events of the year, but that's probably why Minnesota revelers love it. The masterminds behind the exponentially growing Zombie Pub Crawl have announced the official name and dates for the 2012 happening, as well as some hints at what wicked new things are to come this year.
Zombie Pub Crawl Ocho: Viva la Zombie Pub Crawl! will take place Saturday, October 13 from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.Though information offered by event planners is still sparse, the pub crawl will be once again returning to the West Bank. Perhaps the most intriguing part of this announcement is the hint that there will be something called "Zombie Island" in St. Paul. Will the undead possibly be partying on Harriet Island? We'll have to wait and see.Tickets will be on sale in August, with band lineups and locations coming soon. Keep your eye out for more news at the event's Facebook page and at zombiepubcrawl.com/2012.
