Sticker art, Tarantino dance party, Revolver launch party: Freeloader Friday
| Pseudo Manitou's awesome sticker art for "Stick Em Up II" |
This edition of Freeloader Friday is especially packed with free stuff to do. Some of the art shows happening this weekend include a sticker art show featuring work from local artists, an exhibition re-appropriating copyrighted materials, and a reception at the Soap Factory that includes an enormous, playable Battleship installation. Music shows include the Concrete and Grass Festival in Mears Park and a dance night highlighting tunes from Quentin Tarantino films. Add in a literary launch party that features beer and boxing and the epic Constellation community art/skill-share event, and you're going to have to plan your weekend carefully in order to get everything in.
Come take a look at our list.
