Sharyn Morrow (whose writing and photography can be found at massdistraction.org) took this shot of edamame at Midori's Floating World. If you've never tried edamame, give it a shot; this dish of baby soybeans is mild, fresh and addictive. Probably due at least in part to the lipsmacking salt with which it's prepared.
