Christopher Kimball at Barnes & Noble

For cooks too cynical for the Food Network's excess of pep, drama, and cleavage, there's something refreshing about PBS's America's Test Kitchen and its wonkish, adoro-nerd host, Christopher Kimball--I mean, who else can pull off a bowtie these days?

Kimball is touring the country to promote his newest books, The America’s Test Kitchen Family Baking Book and The Cook’s Country Cookbook and he'll be at Barnes and Noble in the Galleria this Tuesday at 7:30.

The books look great, but I'm guessing fans will be eager to ask questions about how the show works and what tips Kimball has learned from it. If you've always wanted to know the secret to great brownies or how to pick the best sautee pan, here's your chance to ask the expert.
