"Our menu changes every week, and my philosophy with this restaurant is to use as much local food as we can," he says. "When I first bought this place in August, I had the pleasure of touring the local farms. The farming community is one of the number one reasons to be located here -- it gives me a chance to source ingredients that are literally picked and brought to me the next day."
