The Scovie awards are an international competition for burnin' hot food (its name comes from the Scoville scale for measuring chili hotness) from all across the world--not exactly a competition that brings Minnesota to mind. Which is why Curt's Salsa has really done us proud. Here's a big high-five to Stillwater's family-owned Curt's, which recently brought home top honors in the salsa/habanero category for their "Triple Hot" salsa.
