Saigon now open in new location

Banh mi (and all-around Vietnamese goodness) purveyors Saigon Restaurant & Bakery reopened shop this week in St. Paul just two blocks down University Ave. from their old location.
No reason to think such a minor change in digs will affect the quality or popularity of the food. Early reports indicate that is just the case. The restaurant shuttered its old location last October.
The restaurant will have a grand opening next month once they get settled in a bit.
