Tapes 'n Tapes frontman waxes gastronomic

Decider.com-Denver published a great Q&A with Tapes 'n Tapes singer/guitarist Josh Grier. Turns out the guy likes to cook.

When he's not busy rocking out, performing on Letterman and making the world bow before his indie prowess, and etc. and etc. he's making things like ... chicken burritos, sloppy joes and curry.

You can keep track of Tapes 'n Tapes' (or really just Grier's) culinary pursuits on the band's blog or its Facebook page. Grier says he's using the Facebook page in particular as a forum to find out where to eat while the band's on tour.

Tapes 'n Tapes will pass through town -- briefly -- on its national tour next month, playing Friday, Feb. 6 at First Ave.
