Tomorrow is National Peanut Butter Day

Ouch. Looks like salmonella has gone and ruined Peanut Butter Day.

And add Minneapolis's General Mills to the laundry list of companies recalling products containing possibly salmonella-infected peanut butter. This past Monday, the company removed its Larabar Peanut Butter Cookies and JamFrakas (wtf) Peanut Butter Blisscrisp from shelves.

A company in Virginia is now being blamed as the source of the outbreak. Two Minnesota residents number among the five deaths currently thought to be related to the nasty bug.

The Food and Drug Administration has a list of recalled products on its website.
