Chef-Owner Jon Hunt offers three-course Italian meals, featuring a rotating menu of bruschettas, salads and Al Vento's famous made-from-scratch pastas, for $20 each on Tuesday nights as part of an initiative to reinstate a little romance this wintery season.

Chef Brian Hauke and Sous Chef Jason Blair cook up a hearty entrée and a vegetarian/vegan alternative (rumor has it this week's specialty is a modern take on chicken potpie). Add in a bottle of red or white wine, selected to complement the meal, and desserts dreamt up by Pasty Chef Sarah Wallace, and voila: pure romance for $32 a couple.
