Valentine's Day one month out: tick tock!

Blerg! Guess what one month from today is? You must really like her if you're thinking about it this far out. It's funny, cause like a million Twin Cities restaurants must like her as much you do. They've got you covered.

Here's a few to get you started:

- Downtown St. Paul's French hotspot Meritage says they've already started taking reservations for the romantic day. You can conveniently snag a table via their website. By request, the restaurant will have champagne available upon your arrival. Ooh lala.

- Restaurant Alma, which sounds like it's filling up fast, is offering a $78 pp tasting menu, which includes a three-course dinner plus a choice of dessert. The manager says the meal is similar to their popular New Year's Eve dinner.

- Spoonriver plans to feature, among other things, seafood crepes for the occasion, and will also have a "fabulous vegetarian special" and chocolate fondue says owner Brenda Langton. Mmm.
