Fugaise chef/owner Don Saunders has announced that his restaurant will close on Saturday, March 14.
After 3 ½ years of operation, Saunders developed a reputation for serving top-notch French-inspired food in a funky, windowless East Hennepin dining room. So if you're a Fugaise regular, you have about a month to pay your respects. And if you've never visited, this will be your last chance to find out why Fugaise was deemed the Best French Restaurant of 2007.
