Nonprofit seeks "local food" intern

The St. Paul-based Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs is seeking undergraduate applicants for paid summer internships in the region.

Minneapolis nonprofit Renewing the Countryside, one of the 20 organizations funded by the consortium, is seeking a someone to document local Minnesota food and food production.

The 10-week internship will culminate in a public awareness campaign on local foods at site around town.

Undergraduates enrolled in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota schools are eligible.
