"Splendid Table" host talks food art Thursday at the MIA

"Splendid Table"'s Lynne Rossetto Kasper shares her collection of cooking-related objects (decorative wares, artifacts, folk arts, and tools) in lecture tomorrow at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. The talk is free--and there's a lunchon following.

"Food and Art: Collecting with Heart" will be presented Thursday, February 12 at 11 A.M. Admission is free.

Following the lecture, the Friends will host a February luncheon featuring a menu especially planned by Ms. Rossetto Kasper. Reservations are $23 for Friends members and $28 for non-member. Reservations are required for the luncheon only and may be made by calling the Friends office at (612) 870-3045. Tickets are not required for the lecture.
