"Dear Dara" reports that Graves 601 restaurant Cosmos has let executive chef Stephen Trojahn go. Trojahn served just over two years at the gig.
Dara suggests the restaurant hire fellow former fancy restaurant chef Stephen Brown. "Everyone, kiss your favorite chef tonight--or make a reservation," she says. "It's brutal out there."
