DQ offers free stuff for blogger love

Dairy Queen has a blog.

Who doesn't.

To win some clicks on the site, the chain is dangling the carrot of free stuff from their new "Sweet Deals" menu to would-be bloggers.

Tell them what kind of "deal you'd make with us" in exchange for some, say, onion rings and a dip cone or any of the other selections from the nine-item deal menu.

Send it off and they say they'll give you a gift card.

"Deal you'd make with us?" I don't know what they mean by that, but one of those dip cones doesn't sound half bad right about now.

I wish they still had the crunch dip.
