Dude busted for bringing pot brownies to work

It's funny in theory, but not so much in practice, at least for one St. Louis Park man who brought pot brownies to his Chaska office earlier this month. He now awaits an April 20 court date for "providing adulterated food." After plopping the THC-laden treats down on the office receptionist's desk, the man allegedly walked away. The receptionist's unwitting 22-year-old daughter then apparently picked one up and started munching. After eating only a few bites and chucking it, the young woman reportedly became "sick" and had to go to the hospital. The man could get up to 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine for the offense.
