Food Fight: Savoy's takes over Golooney's

There's a sign up on Golooney's door announcing that it's closed for remodling, planning to reopen early summer as Savoy's Uptown, according to www.savoyuptown.com.
Controversy abounds! Check out the Savoy raves and rants in this blog entry one poster dubbed "the absolute worst MNSPeak post of all time!"
So is this change for the better or worse? A few points of comparison:
