Kim Bartmann, owner of the well-known and much-loved Twin Cities restaurants Barbette, Red Stag and Bryant Lake Bowl has been sued in U.S. District Court for non-payment of more than $110,000 in taxes on the now-defunct entities Cafe Wyrd and Granada Inc.

The petition says that while Bartmann appropriately filed taxes on the two businesses during the 2002-3 time period in question, she failed to pay the employment taxes they owed. The suit authorizes the seizure of Bartmann's $272,000 St. Louis Park home.
