Man vs. Food Minneapolis airs tonight

Remember when the Travel Chanel's Man vs. Food host Adam Richman was in town awhile ago to tape a local episode? (Does a foot-long bratwurst ring any bells?) It's airing tonight, and here's what's in store:

Tomorrow Adam heads to the Land of a Thousand Lakes to chow down on cheeseburgers--but in Minneapolis, they put the cheese inside the burger. They're called Juicy Lucys, and the regional staple is so popular that two restaurants each claim to have invented it. Adam visits Matt's Bar and the 5-8 Club to get to the bottom of the Juicy Lucy's origin.

Next, it's over to Brasa Premium Rotisserie for the freshest meats in town ... plus, Adam chows down on a roasted suckling pig with a special surprise guest [Ed: no big secret who that other Travel Channel show host might be...]. And finally, Adam goes for some authentic German-style fare at Gasthof zur Gemütlichkeit , where he'll take on the Meterbratwurst Challenge: he has to eat a 40-inch long bratwurst and two sides to earn eternal glory and a boot of beer.
