Chef Nipa Bhatt (in yellow, at left) participated in The Next Food Network Star and now she's cooking to help homeless families at People Serving People--tonight!

PSP is a family-focused homeless shelter and all proceeds from its Chefs for Change dinners (tickets cost $75) go directly to help fund a broad range of programs and servicess to help PSP's clients. The food at Bhatt's former restaurant, the Gypsy Curry House in Chanhassen, was all delicious, so I'll bet that at the PSP dinner will be so, as well.

If you can't make tonight's dinner, reserve April 14 for when Barbary Fig chef/owner Brahim Hadj-Moussa will be cooking.
