If you've been following Chef Shack on twitter, you already know they'll be at Urban Bean (3255 Bryant Ave. S., Minneapolis) this Thursday, April 23, a whole 2+ weeks before their Mill City Farmers Market debut on May 2.
If you're concerned about how coffee will go with bison burgers and cheese curds, don't worry--the Bean will have plenty of Pabst Blue Ribbon on hand.
