James Norton of Heavy Table joins Salon Saloon host Andy Sturdevant to lead a food-focused discussion, starting at 7 p.m. Guests include Town Talk Diner bartender Nick Kosevich, who will mix up a signature Salon Saloon cocktail, Paired chef/founder Chris Olson, and artist/playwright Molly Balcom.
Heavy Table reports that the buffet table will include Olson's hand-made bierwurst with caraway sauerkraut, plus garlic mashed potatoes with cider gravy, and braised collard greens with bacon for a suggested donation of $5-10.
