Coming Soon: Cru

Rick Nelson reports that Rob Moore, longtime Heartland staffer Rob Moore will be opening his own spot, Cru Restaurant, in Blaine. Cru will be a wine-focused eatery, of course, offering small plates made from local meats/produce. Moore hopes the 100-seat dining room in the former T-Asia site (10340 Baltimore Av. NE.) will be open by early July. (Soccer parents: probably not the place to take the team after USA Cup.) If all goes well, they'll also have a patio and private dining room with personal cellar space available for VIP customers.
