FYI Pringles are chips, Crunchberries are not berries

In recent Food News of the Weird:

Great Britain's Supreme Court of Judicature ruled last week that Pringles are, in fact, chips. Pringles' own parent company, Proctor & Gamble, argued otherwise before the court, contending that the chips are not actually chips, but rather, "savory snacks." Somehow that makes us want to eat Pringles less, far less.

Some poor district court judge in California was forced to consider someone's real live fraud complaint (brought with the backing of a real live attorney) claiming PepsiCo misled her to believe that Cap'n Crunch Crunchberries contain real live berries. Thank gawd this case was dismissed.
