Let the wild rumpus begin. Brasa St. Paul opened its doors Monday. The new location is reportedly at least double the size of its Northeast Minneapolis brethren (where Zimmern and Adam Richman famously choked back some lutefisk for a recent Man v. Food episode), and will feature the same menu of rotisserie and slow-cooked meats and savory, homestyle fare as NE courtesy of Chef Alex Roberts. (Roberts, a repeat James Beard Award nominee, is also the brains behind the popular and loved Restaurant Alma.) We look forward to checking out the new digs. Early reports say that the food perfectly replicates the Northeast location, a good sign.
