This yearly festival, which started in 1929, celebrates the beloved Czechoslovakian pastry, the kolacky (sometimes spelled kolache). This weekend there will be Czechoslovakian-style good times and fruit-filled pastries galore in lovely Montgomery, MN.
Witness The Big Honza Museum of UnNatural History, The Ms. Czech contest, an antique tractor display, Saturday's homemade wine contest, and much more.
Located outside of New Prague near beautiful Lake Pepin, this is an easy day trip.
