Famous Dave's will give free meal to dudes named Dave

If your name is Dave, you've got a free meal coming on Sunday (August 30). That's because Famous Dave's, the Minnetonka-based BBQ chain, is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a promotion that will serve a free entrée to any customer with the same name as its founder. The offer is good for up to $15 worth of food, either dine-in or takeout, for anyone by the name of Dave, David, or Davey. If one of those is your middle name, you can get a half-price entree (up to $7.50 off). Most of the Famous Dave's locations are hip to this. You can check out the participating restaurants here.
