Gastro Non Grata featuring Sea Change, La Belle Vie chefs

The next quarterly installment of Gastro Non Grata's going down this Sunday at the Triple Rock featuring eats prepared by quite the dynamic duo: Sea Change Chef Erik Anderson and La Belle Vie Chef de Cuisine Mike DeCamp. Anderson will reportedly be serving up some "preserved albacore tuna/salmon puff/mousse/roe" (not quite sure what that means) and DeCamp will be preparing some summer vegetable tart.

California's Lagunitas Brewing Co. Owner Tony Magee will also be on hand, and that's not all, beer lovers. Northern Brewer will also be around with some rye kolsch that got to brewing at the last GNG event, and another new brew will be started up at this event. Helados y Paletas will sling something dessert-y (never had their treats, how are they?) Oh, and there will be music (curious about the ukulele orchestra). Oh, and it's FREE ($3 - 5 donations gladly accepted).
