Trader Joe's is taking firm root in the area. Another metro location is slated to open November 6 in Minnetonka, joining four others. The quickly expanding supermarket chain opened its St. Paul store less than four months ago and already has them in Maple Grove, St. Louis Park, and Woodbury.
