The Strib reports that the massive long-empty Copper Bleu space in Lakeville has reopened as Molly Cool's Seafood Tavern, courtesy of a Milwaukee-based restaurant group (17516 Dodd Blvd., Lakeville, www.mollycools.com). The name's not much of an improvement, but the food may be: the menu includes grilled fish, fried fish, raw oysters, paella, lobster rolls, and more.
