Coming Soon: Great Sun Buffet and Bar

The SWJ reports that Gangchen owners Nyima Choegak and Rabka Rabka are opening another restaurant, Great Sun Buffet and Bar, in the former home of India House (and before that, New Delhi) at 1400 Nicollet Ave. The new restaurant will combine what are arguably the two best types of buffets, Chinese, and Indian, and staff a specialized chef for each cuisine. Choegak and Rabak seem to have the pan-Asian thing down after two years of serving Tibetan, Vietnamese, Thai and Mongolian cuisine at Gangchen, so we're expecting good things.
