MOSES Organic Farming Conference: save the date

​ The Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES), runs the largest organic farming conference in the country. Take that, Berkeley!

They expect more than 2,500 attendees--farmers, gardeners, ag scientists--to come for the keynote sessions, workshops, and exhibitors offering products and services related to organic and sustainable farming.

Keynote speakers will include Chuck Hassebrook, Executive Director of the Center for Rural Affairs and Dr. Margaret Mellon, Director of the Food and Environment Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. New this year: a seed swap hosted by the Organic Seed Alliance.

This year, the 21st annual conference takes place February 25-27, 2010 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. A 2-day pass costs $175. Find out more and register here.
