The American Homebrewers Association has announced it will be holding its 32nd Annual National Homebrewers Conference -- the world's largest conference for amateur brewers -- next June in Minneapolis. If you think it's a little early to be talking about June, just talk to some eager homebrewers. Last year's National Homebrewers Conference sold out with 1,200 attendees.

Appropriately, the event's keynote speaker will be Summit's Mark Stutrud. Kelly Kuehl, one of the founders of the Minnesota Home Brewers Association, is also slated to speak, along with six other confirmed speakers so far. The three-day skillbuilding and networking event, which will be held at the Bloomington Sheraton, costs between $173 for barebones access to the conference's social events to $268 to go whole hog: seminars and banquets and award ceremony and all.
