Koyi Sushi Too officially opened in the old Seward Co-op location on Franklin Ave. in Minneapolis on New Year's Day. It has been serving dinner for the last several weeks in a limited capacity while finishing touches were being made. The new restaurant will be essentially the same as the old says ower Willis Dry but with the addition of some noodle and Thai-style dishes. The old location did not serve any Thai food.

The restaurant moved from its Warehouse District digs because of what Dry describes as the building owner's negligence and poor business practices. He says he's also relieved to be further away from Target Field, which opens in the spring. Dry plans to begin offering lunch and delivery in upcoming months.
