No. 25: 112 Eatery's Bacon, Egg, and Harissa Sandwich
There's not a lot to this dish, it being a breakfast plate reassembled as a sandwich: fried egg, thick-cut bacon tucked between two slices of crusty, white, Texas-toast-style bread. But the genius is in the details: a few cilantro sprigs, a swipe of spicy harissa. The kitchen serves it, and everything else on the menu, until midnight during the week and 1 a.m. on the weekends. For $7, it'll buy you a seat at one of the hottest Twin Cities restaurants.
