Nitty Gritty Dirt Farm in Eating Local cookbook: Win a copy!

A new cookbook, Eating Local: The Cookbook Inspired by America's Farmers features Minnesota's very own Nitty Gritty Dirt Farm as one of the country's best small farms. The book releases on June 1, but I have my hands on an advance copy, which could be yours if you tell us your favorite locally grown produce and how you like to prepare it in the comments section.
