FACES by David Fhima: Coming Soon

As reliably as the sun rises and sets and the local lakes freeze and thaw, restaurateur/chef David Fhima opens and closes restaurants. This time, he's taking back control of LoTo in Lowertown, St. Paul, which he ceded to Lifetime Fitness awhile back and remaking it as FACES, serving a menu of modern American cuisine made with many local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. Similar to LoTo, FACES will also have a deli, bakery, and wine bar/wine shop. Fhima is redoing the interior with the help of the edgy interior designer Billy Beson and is scheduled to open the restaurant on June 24.
