Solera's Bombay Saint: Drink of the week

The quest to find the perfect summertime drink is on. Sometimes simple is best--think gin and tonic--but it's exciting when our mixmasters dream up something new. My new fave is the Bombay Saint at Solera. Made with Sapphire gin, the ever popular St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, limoncello, mint syrup, and soda, this drink tastes similar to a mojito, but with added layers of flavor. St. Germaine brings a hint of floral, limoncello's sugar-infused citrus mellows it out, and the mint syrup gives the drink a gentle breeze. Summer in a glass. Try one on Solera's heavenly rooftop deck, looking at our lovely city and the starry sky. Ahhhh.
