Twisted Fork Grille: Now Open

This week, Twisted Fork Grille opened on Grand Avenue, sharing Green Mill's restaurant space (an unlikely arrangement in that you can sit and eat in the restaurant/wine bar or get a Green Mill pizza takeout...kind of reminds me of a Dunkin Donuts I've been to that shared space w/a Taco Bell). Twisted Fork marks the return of two popular Twin Cities chefs: Keven Kvalsten, former chef/owner of the old Green Room in Waconia, is the executive chef, and former Cosmos chef Stephen Trojahn is consulting on the project. The eatery is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and features classics with a twist, everything from buckwheat pancakes with shredded carrots and cream cheese icing to bison meatloaf.
