Landon Schoenefeld's latest endeavor, what he calls "new Midwestern Cuisine" is a marvel in the details-- using the freshest local, seasonal ingredients, HauteDish's plates arrive as works of art. No, this HauteDish is nothing like your grandma's tuna noodle variety. And the deco details of the bar provide the perfect setting to sample their vintage-inspired cocktail menu.
