Here's what we found:
Peaches, prosciutto, goat cheese, and Herbes de Provence top the pie. The flavor combination is similar to a prosciutto, peach, and mozzarella salad in Kitchen Express, a cookbook by New York Times food columnist Mark Bittman. On a pizza, the trio of salty, sweet, and soft cheese works even better, since cooking crisps the prosciutto and intensifies the sweetness of the peaches.
