Key lime pie--easiest recipe, ever
In this weather it is really fine to have a dessert that is not too heavy, and also does not bake long. This recipe has both of those qualities, and it only needs four ingredients. If you want to be super home-style you can try this easy recipe to make a homemade crust. This key lime pie is cool, yummy, and easy as pie.

Key Lime Pie
5 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice*
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell. Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices and/or edible flowers if desired.
*Many Oriental markets carry bags of key limes for under $3. You will have to juice quite a few to get 1/4 cup since they are so small.
