Patisserie 46, the long-awaited bakery of chef John Kraus, opened Tuesday to a line out the door and a crowd that left no croissant unsold. With homemade ice cream, breads, pastries, and coffee drinks, Patisserie 46 adds a sweet spot to an already culinary corner: 46th Street and Grand Avenue in southwest Minneapolis, home to Café Ena and King's Wine Bar.
