Chef Shack in this month's Bon Appetit
The September issue of Bon Appetit is all over the Twin Cities food scene as Chef Shack shares the pages with Bar La Grassa (honored as a Top 10 New Restaurant). Chef Shack was named in the article "The Hot 10: Lunch at the Farmer's Market," highlighting vendors at farmers markets around the country, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New Orleans.

The don't-miss here is Chef Shack, a mobile food trailer that features seasonal nachos, bison burgers, and tongue tacos.
Chef Shack was chosen by restaurant editor Andrew Knowlton, who also wrote the piece on Bar La Grassa.
Chef Shack has been getting a lot of national love lately. Fans can also vote for Chef Shack in a Food Network competition for America's favorite food truck.
