Istanbul Bistro: RIP

After a long run, this Turkish bistro on Wayzata Boulevard--one of Minnetonka's few ethnic eateries--has called it quits. We'll miss the kebabs and the spinach pie, the eggplant salad, and the pita dips. Fortunately, Istanbul's replacement will be a tasty-sounding Indian joint--watch for more details soon about Burkhara Indian Bistro.
