Kramarczuk's Kielbasa Fest sausage contest wants you

​One of the most beloved of Minneapolis food destinations, Kramarczuk's in Northeast, is getting in on the festival scene with next month's Kielbasa Fest. It's a full-on sausage party--and DIYers can participate: Kramarczuk's is looking for your meaty creations in its kielbasa competition. You could find your idea for the ultimate kielbasa created by Kramarczuk's and served at Kielbasa Fest.

Kielbasa Sausage Recipe Contest

Community members are invited to submit their own ideas for the "ultimate" Kielbasa ingredients. The winner will be awarded a $200 gift card and the honor of having the special Kielbasa served at the first annual Kramarczuk's Kielbasa Festival Sept. 10-11. Submit your ingredients and explain why you think it's great in 50 words or less to sausagecontest@gmail.com by Thursday, Sept. 2 at noon.
