Five Guys coming to Dinkytown
The former East Bank building at 1413 Fourth Street SE in Dinkytown will soon have peanut shells all over the floors when the popular burger joint Five Guys moves in this fall.
Five Guys expands beyond Edina.
The Virginia-based chain has something of a cult following nationally (even our health conscious president is a fan) but just one franchise in the metro, in Edina, (and yeah, we're calling Maple Grove exurb, not metro, since it's beyond the beltline), so far. Hot Dish found its skin-on fries more lovable than their burgers, but the new joint will likely please the student masses looking for a burger experience that lies somewhere between McDonald's and Annie's Parlour.
