Yesterday, the St. Paul City Council voted unanimously to revoke Kim Huoy Chor's license.
From the sounds of things, it was with good reason. City inspectors have consistently documented cockroaches -- both living and dead -- and other multiple other dangerous food safety violations, reports the Pioneer Press.
Kim Huoy Chor's almost lost its license last week after city inspectors reported the disgusting conditions of the restaurant. In addition to the roaches, inspectors also spotted rat droppings and dirty dishes on the floor.
Due to the absence of some council members, the city left the business licensed until they got the whole council together yesterday to vote.
